- Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days after delivery.
- The item must be unused, clean, and undamaged.
- Custom-made or personalized products cannot be exchanged.
- The item must include its original packaging and all components.
2. Exchange Process

- The product will be inspected within 2 business days after arrival.
- Approved exchanges are completed within 3–7 business days.
3. Shipping Fee
